Job Description & Responsibilities

-Perform HR business requirements for developing, including research, process analysis, data collection, data analysis,preparation/presentation of recommendations.

-Lead the translation of business requirements into a detailed SAP process definition for Human Resource Management and align processes with the global standards.

-Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with the business and IT, serving as a strong advocate of the new/enhanced process or solution through communication to the organization.

-Uses project management skills to ensure project plan, resource availability and tasks are met while adhering to the approved system development methodology.

-Support the functional specifications for the SAP HCM system development.

-Provide initial training of business processes to site Business Process Integrators at client each units.

-Coordinate the deployment of SAP enhancements and all associated processes to HR using Change Management methodology.

Requirements

-Minimum of three years experience in SAP HR module, especially familiar with functions of PA.OM.PT.PY.

-Understanding of computer technology, methodology, and full life-cycle development.

-Skill in project management. Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.

-Analytical and problem solving skills.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into solutions.

-Skill in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

-A broad background of HR business experience within or outside the global company.

-Experience implementing major information technology programs or projects that are broad in scope or multi-unit/cross divisional.

-Knowledge and experience configuring SAP.

-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
