Report to a GTS senior manager

Job Description &Responsibilities

· Manage a team of System Analyst and Developers to deliver application software solutions in line with IT strategy

· Manage the software development life cycle of one or more concurrent projects independently; including scope, resource planning, timeline and user communication to ensure timely and high quality delivery of services with optimal firm resource utilization

· Assess and make recommendations regarding risks that may impede the team's ability to deliver the solution

· Provide solutions that are world class -extensible, scalable

· Establish and maintain a high-level of user and project sponsor trust and confidence

· Work closely with and cultivate strong relationships with end users and across teams to deliver business solutions.

· Promote and drive continuous improvement of SDLC methodology in line with IT strategy

· Recognize contribution of people organization wide

· Solicit and encourage ideas from staff on improvements

· Provide opportunities for team members' career progression and development

· Consistently share information on best practices and technology trends and provide recommendations Be curious and challenge assumptions

Requirements

· University degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline

· A minimum of 5 years in the areas of Information Technology with at least three years in the capacity of technical project management in application development

· Background and experience must reflect the ability to lead and deal with growth, changes and progress

· Competent in project management; strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills

· Competent in solution architecture using latest technology in .NET, SQL, etc.

· Excellent verbal and written, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills is a must

· Fluent in English, and Mandarin;

Able to work independently and under high pressure.
