L&D course manager, programme manager and team leads

Job Description & Responsibilities

The primary role of this post is to help L&D managers and leaders on curriculum administrative matters which include the following:

§ Work closely with the L&D managers and team leader in producing and executing the delivery plans for all the courses within the curriculum
§ Collaborate with L&D delivery staff to plan and ensure appropriate logistic set up for the courses § Work closely with the L&D managers and leaders in planning, preparing and monitoring the curriculum budget § Ensure curriculum information and records in learning management system and related databases are updated § Maintain and update details of all courses within the curriculum on a regular or needed basis § Prepare analysis and report as required
§ Assist team leader in planning and preparing the team’s administrative matters § Be in response to ad hoc changes in responsibilities Please send your resume to support.hr@cn.pwc.com

Requirements

· Degree holder in any discipline

· Relevant experience is preferred

· Good interpersonal, attention to details and analytical skills

· A team player who is self-motivated and passionate about the growth and development of the firm’s human capital

Proficiency in both oral and written English and Chinese
