职位描述
- Role:
? Process vender invoice and employee expense reimbursement verification. Prepare AP and payment voucher which need to be comply with company policy and ensure all request are in line with the standard process
? Responsible to verify, analyze, investigate and resolve invoice issues and payment discrepancies
? In charge of month-end closing in relation to AP both for Management book and statutory book with internal & external deadlines following closing schedule
? Prepare monthly reconciliation and AP aging report
? Communicate with relevant process owner on related process specific problems
? Support external & internal audit
? Assist in various finance related projects and initiatives
? Other assignments as necessary
Requirements:
? With more than 5 years’ working experience in accounting area and at least 3years in AP area
? Sufficient experience of SAP and skillful in office software
? Logical thinking capability
? Diligent & responsible
? Self-motivated and good adaptability
? Good communication skills (written and verbal) both in English and Mandarin
