1、负责客户管理单元管理工作（包括：预算计划、报价管理、价格策略与及利润优化）；

Responsible for Business Development team's management works (incl. budget planning, RFQ Mgmt, pricing strategies and profit optimization);

2、开发新客户和利用新技术和工艺在现有的客户来创造新的机会；

Develop new customer and create new opportunity on existing customers with new technologies or processes;

3、找出新客户祈望需求及市场趋势，并反馈给研发和新技术开发部；

Obtains new customer needs & market trends to feedback to R&D / New Technology department;

4、进行竞争对手，行业及市场分析，以衡量及确保商业策略的竞争力与有效性；

Conduct competitors and industries/market analysis, in order to ensure our competitive and effectiveness of business strategies;

5、拟订计划和执行各项公关工作与及市场推广工作；

Plans and performs any public relation works and marketing promotion works;

6、协助上级拟订销售计划、策略与预算；

Assist superior to prepare sales plans, strategies and budgets;

7、按已核准的预算来执行销售计划及策略；

Execute the agreed sales plans & strategies according to approved budgets;

8、负责建立与管理业务发展专员及业务发展经理团队提供训导和指导；

Build and manage a team of Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers with coaching and guidance;

9、协助有关客户抱怨和项目开发阶段沟通及成为紧急行动队指挥;

Assist any customers' complaint & project development communication and becoming a driver of flying squad;

任职资格：

1、University graduated， preferred in engineering or polymer;Fluent in speaking and written English (with CET6 or above) and Mandarin (Chinese);Fluent in German is plus;

2、At least 10 years sales and business development related experience among that 3 years management experience;

With manufacturing experience in plastic injection molding & tooling is preferred;

3、Good PC knowledge on MS Office & PowerPoint and strong presentation skills;

Database knowledge is plus
