Senior associates report to manager/senior manger of the firm.

Job Description & Responsibilities

As an Audit and Assurance Senior Associate you will be:
assisting managers / senior managers in leading a team of professionals in carrying out audit fieldwork and assurance assignments
working closely with clients and team members in order to provide quality assurance services
providing coaching to junior team members
Providing China Audit and business advisory services to clients;
Developing China Audit planning and structuring ideas and products;

Requirements
University degree, preferably in auditing, accounting, finance or other commercial oriented disciplines;
China or overseas CPA qualification preferred;
Minimum two years' relevant experience in Big Four or more than four years' relevant experience in local CPA firm;
Solid base in PRC accounting/taxation practices and regulations;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of English and Mandarin;
Good client relationship management skills;
Good problem solving and decision making skills;
Team player, dynamic and hardworking;
Willing to travel.
