Drive to close the abnormality report released by QC.
处理QC异常报告单问题直至解决．

Weekly/Monthly FTQ summarize and figure out Top 5 issue. Drive team to solve to close.
每周／每月FTQ汇总，分析前5大问题,组织小组分析解决问题．

Quality system compliance product audit/Process Audit. Support TUV/Customer audit.
根据计划完成产品/过程审核．支持体系与客户审核．

Organize the Failure Analysis Meeting for the main quality issues, and use of quality tools to organ-ize the failure analysis.
组织团队对主要不良问题解决．

Modify and maintain documents such as PFMEA, Control Plan, Quality control sheet.
质量文件定期更新．

Support system audit TS16949/ISO14000.
支持系统审核TS16949/ISO14001.

Support CQE to analysis the customer return and taken action.
协助CQE解决客户投诉问题，针对SWV退货产品汇总，分析原因采取措施

Support TUV/customer audit
客户审核现场支持

- Job requirements:

Bachelor degree above.
本科以上文凭

Be familiar with injection techniques and injection production process.
熟悉注塑工艺及其制造流程.

Communication with foreigners is no obstacle in simply English.
能用简单的英语和外国人进行交流.


More than 2years work experience in automotive field is must.
至少2年汽车行业工作经验．

Be familiar with Quality tools,　PPAP,SPC,MSA.
熟悉质量工具，及PPAP,SPC,MSA,PFMEA,

Experience problem solving process for Statistical analysis method,8D method, PDCA method,3x5why method etc in product control and process management.
