职位描述
Job Description
1. Formulate the standards about campus service quality system and supervise the implementation; to continually optimize service process.
2. Responsible for supervising, checking and improving the daily work of all kinds of service work of campus management; to evaluate and improve the service quality of all kinds of workers from Property Management Company.
3. Organize and conduct the regularly survey of the service satisfaction for campus management as required; handle all kinds of service quality issues from staff and students, and feedback quickly and effectively; to make fluent communication channel with complainant and give satisfactory solution and report to supervisor.
4. Overall review and manage the room booking requests from staff and students; to formulate the procedure and standard about the room and facilities management, and do routine checking and reporting work; follow up and coordinate with relevant departments and ensure to provide better service in the whole process; to help to find and cope with some improper room usage and report to supervisor.
5. Supervise the work of customer service team and cleaning team effectively as per the service standards and requirement. To give training and assessing the service team regularly to ensure the working skills meet the requirement of daily work for university.
6. Be responsible for any other duties commensurate with the level and grade of this post, and any other tasks assigned as needed.
Personal Requirements
1. Good standard of general education. Bachelor with English major or management is preferred.
2. Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
3. Good skill in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
4. Good interpersonal, communication skills, as well good customer service.
5. Ability to organize and coordinate a variety of administration tasks in a busy office environment.
6. Good team work spirit and problem solving capabilities.
