Job Title: Orthoband Operator 职位： 针刺棉作业员
Location: Suzhou, Jiangsu

Reporting to: Workroom Supervisor 汇报： 车间主管(苏州)
Job Scope: Operation and oversight of all aspects of Orthoband machine, slitting machine and 4 folding gauze production,
machinery operation and maintenance. The operation of Orthoband
Room climate conditions and simple maintenance of associated
machinery.
工作范围： 操作并监控针刺棉，分切机，纱布四折机生产，机械操作及维修的所有方面。
操作这些车间的温度和湿度条件控制及相关机械的简单维修。
Principal Accountabilities:
主要职责：
1 Orthoband machine operation according to work instructions
根据工作指示操作整经针刺棉机。
2 Band knife machine operation according to work instructions
根据工作指示操作针刺棉切割机械。
3 Slitter machine operation according to work instructions
根据工作指示操作分切机。
4 Four folding gauze machine operation according to work instructions
根据工作指示操作纱布四折机
5 Simple maintenance and cleaning of all the above machines
所有上述机械的简单维修保养和清洁工作。
6 The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all machines operate to achieve the agreed
output as set by the Group Production Manager and the Factory Manager, recording the daily
production and output yield rate using the agreed methodology and carrying out performance
testing on Orthoband output at least three times daily, recording the test results as specified by
the Group Production Manager.
生产主管负责确保所有机械正常运行，来达成集团生产经理和工厂经理商定的产量，同
时用商定的方法记录每日生产及产出率，至少每天三次对Orthoband产成品进行性能测试，
按集团生产经理的规定记录测量结果。
7 The Production Supervisor is responsible for immediately highlighting any problems with the
machines, product produced, or incoming component product quality and liaise with the
Quality Assurance Assistant on the testing of the incoming yarns and finished product and
help with the resolution of any quality problems which might arise.
负责立即反馈任何机械的，在制品及到货原材料产品质量等的问题，联
系质保助理检测到货的纱线及成品，协助提供任何可能产生的质量问题的解决方案。
8 The Production Supervisor is also responsible for the leading and training of subordinate
members of staff in the use and cleaning of the machines, product quality and their work
performance.
负责在使用及清洁机械，产品质量，工作表现等方面领导并培训下属员工。
9 The Production Supervisor should be prepared to work a shift system with the other Knitting
Room Supervisor as required.
应当和另外的钩编车间主管按要求预备好一个轮班工作系统。
10 The Production Supervisor should carry out any other duties as may be from time to time
required by the Group Production Manager and the Factory Manager.
应当立即执行由集团生产经理及工厂经理即时要求的工作职责。
11 To have read, understood, agree and sign the letter on the Millpledge Management Style.

12 From time to time, undertake other tasks as agreed between line management and the job
holder.

13 To have read and understood the MHSS Quality Policy Manual and be conversant with those
quality procedures relevant to the job as defined in the job competencies matrix held within
every supervisor/line manager’s Quality Procedures manual.
阅读并理解弥尔佩乐慈质量手册，并能胜任职位能力测量表里的基本要素。
14 To have read and understood the Company’s Staff Manual and be able to demonstrate an
understanding of fire, substances hazardous to health and Health and Safety at Work procedures
(as appropriate).
阅读并理解公司员工手册，并有应对火灾，威胁健康的物质，有基本概念。按照职业健康安
全程序执行。（视情况而定）。
