Job description工作内容：
1. Lead teams of accountant to provide timely and accurate reports for management reference领导会计团队提供及时,准确的财务报告供管理层决策参考;
2. Review financial information with management与管理层分享财务信息;
3. Perform business result forecasting;执行经营成果预测工作;
4. Coordinate annual budgetary process组织协调年度预算工作;
5. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak area and analyze operating results,identify opportunities to improve profitability.分析财务报表并支出具体潜在薄弱环节,分析经营成果,识别可以增强盈利能力的机会;
6.Consolidate and analyze monthly management reports for HK head.合并,分析月度管理报表,向总部领导汇报.

Job qualification任职资格：
Education Background教育背景: Strong Academic, with Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
知识丰富,金融/会计或者其他相关专业大学科以上学历.
Training Experience培训经历： 1. New GAAP training 新会计准则培训.
2.Latest Audit and Internal Control training 最新审计及内部控制方面的培训.
Experience经验：
Qualified accountant with 5 years accounting experience,min 3 years of which at managerial level.会计师,五年以上会计工作经验,至少三年以上管理工作经验.
Skill and Technique技能技巧：
1.Strong financial analytical background of performing extensive spreadsheet work modeling, analysis, tracking, evaluating, etc.出色的财务分析工作背景,众多工作表模板综合关联计算,分析,跟踪,评估能力等.
2. Good command of English 熟练的英文表达能力;
3. Ability to build and develop an integrated team of account;建立,培养具有凝聚力的会计团队;
4. Good business sense and detail oriented, with strong analytical, managerial and interpersonal skill, able to communicate with all levels within the company良好的商业意识,注重细节,出色的分析,管理,和处理人际关系的能力,与公司各个层面人员有效沟通能力.
5. Able to work in challenging environment.
