REQUIREMENTS:

1.Bachelor degree or above, or equal education background abroad, fluent in English is essential, any 3'rd country language of EU market is a plus. Capable for live interpretation for English and Chinese is a plus.

2.3 years or above for Sales & Marketing or GM Executive/Assistant experience in global corporation. Familiar with overseas commercial culture, and down to earth experience in conducting and facilitating business engagement. Living oversea and experience in overseas Sales & Marketing and/or PR company is a plus.

3.Excellent skill in organizing/scheduling and communication; good capability in planning and implementation; self-discipline, result-orientation; sensitive in numbers and presentable in descent and professional manner and outlook

4.Good skill in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlooks.)

5.Skillful for meeting minutes in structure, organized and efficient manner

6.Willing to work under stress and overtime

7.Having market research experience is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Responsible for facilitating, scheduling, logistics arrangement and courtesy management while conducting customer visit preparation;

2.Build a relationship with customer's decision-makers; Utilize active listening skills to determine the customer's "real" needs, wants and likes;

3.Assistant role while establishing and maintaining customer relationship and new customers developing;

4.Utilize the reporting tool to record and communicate account and sales activities for Sales Director;

5.Responsible for regular Sales related documentation and reports timely and effectively to Sales Director and Global cross functions;

6.Conduct marketing survey for the selected industry segment and analyze and identify potential market opportunities;

7.Co-work with Global Sales & Marketing team for any required sales activities and arrangement;

8.Willing to travel oversea independent

9.Any assignment from Sales Director.
