一. 主要职责描述 Key Service
1. 严格按照样品生产计划进行样品生产, 责班组内达成生产制造绩效目标—及时交货率、品质、成本、生产效率、纪律。
Achieves team targets- delivery on time, production quality, scrap rates, productivity and discipline.
2. 培训指导工人根据图纸及工艺要求进行设备，工夹具的调试安装，达到产品生产的合格要求。
Guide and train the worker to grasp the sill of equipment/tooling setting.
3. 按公司质量文件及部门管理要求进行过程质量监控。协助主管、工程师对产品缺陷进行分析。
Control process quality according the request of company documents and the department requirements.
Assist superior and engineer perform failure analysis.
4. 按要求负责班组内安全和消防事宜。
Responsible for safety and fire protection in this team.
5. 按设备管理要求组织对设备点检和维护。
Organize to check and maintain machines according to requests.
6. 班组内员工劳动纪律及出勤管理。Management in discipline and attendance.
7. 组织对班组员工的劳动技能、工作态度等的培训。
Organize to train the underlings in work skill, attitude and so on.
8．员工考评 Workers performance assessment.
9. SAP数据收集。SAP data collection.
10. 完成上级指派的其他工作。Complete other task assigned by superiors on time.

二. 任职资格 Qualification
1.教育背景 Education Background
a. 中专/技校以上学历 Secondary technical school graduation or above
2.技能和知识要求 Skills and knowledge
a.有较好的领导能力 Good leadership.
b.良好的沟通能力 Good Communicate skill.
c.机加工，压制，碰焊等经验与技能
Operation skills/knowledge on the machining , pressing and welding process.
d.熟练阅读理解生产工单、图纸及技术要求
Well understanding of drawing and technical requirement .
3.工作经验 Working Experience
二年机械加工或压制生产经验 At least 2 year working experience related machining or pressing process.
