Experience and Skill:
1. Minimum 10 years of working experience with 3 years in managerial position in a high volume manufacturing environment (printing, clean room experience preferred)
2. Commercial strength
3. Strong knowledge of project/program management
Personality and Competency:
1. Have good command of English
2. Able to understand how to handle quality tools
3. Strong color judgment and with no color blind

1.Interface with Sales, or/and Technical teams to develop NPI roadmap and schedule and financial plans
2.Develop & maintain Project Plans for assigned projects
3.Manage, control & co-ordinate and assign NPI Core teams to ensure project objectives are fulfilled
4.Ensure yield and cost targets are achieved before mass production phase.
5.Liase with customer & sales on product / project related matters.
6.Monitor products' process yield and wastes in mass production phase and ensure financial targets are met and support improvement plans where necessary
7.Conduct new product sign off review meeting
8.Monitor new product sample OTD and approval
9.Conduct NPI review meeting with all concerned parties
10.Continuous improvement
11.Other duties to be assigned.
