Responsibilities:
1.Demand management/Material planning
·Review and manage customer demand and give necessary feedback to PM and customer
·Work with PM for project material planning based on customer demand and ensure a reasonable material purchasing method
2.Shortage Management/Customer communication
·Work with purchasing team for OTD of raw material and communicate with PM and customer
·Communicate with production team for material full kits status for a cohesive production plan
·Direct contact with customer for material related topics,e.g. full kits date,excess mitigation,spot buying,etc.

3.Inventory Control
·Monitor project inventory level and improve the inventory turns
·Propose inventory mitigation and optimization solutions
4.Material Cost/PPV Management
·Maintain and manage project material cost and PPV
·Coordinate the material repacking for higher production efficiency
5.Prototyping materials handling
·Follow cost BOM to confirm unite price with broker and follow PO process
·Keep record for all PO information and trace shortage status
·Feedback materials problems in time and work out good solution with strong sense

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of material planning or supply chain management work in EMS industry
2.Have a basic knowledge on MRP/ERP mechanism and operation
3.Good command of written and spoken English
4.Good command of MS Office software, especially Excel
5.Have a proactive mindset that make things happen
6.Be sensitive to numbers
