一. 主要职责描述 Key Service
? 完成工程部日常工作 / Perform a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations
? 工程文件发放、回收、管理 / Engineering document distribute 、reclaim and management
? 办公日常管理 / Coordinate office activities and schedules, Scheduling appointments & meetings
? 协助工程师完成项目开发工作 / Assist the Process Engineer to finish the product development
? 完成部门经理安排的任务。 Complete the tasks assigned by the manager.

二. 任职资格 Qualification
1.教育背景 Education Background
? 中专或以上水平或足够工作经验 / Senior High School degree or above or Experience full fill
2.技能和知识要求 Skills and knowledge
? 熟悉电脑操作 / Excellent PC skills
? 熟练运用Microsoft Office软件 / Skillful at Microsoft Office
3.工作经验 Working Experience
?一年以上相关行业或助理工作经验 / At least 1 years working experiences
