职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Bachelor degree and a minimum of 4 years working experience in PCBA quality area or in Medical industry;
2. Be familiar with PCBA manufacture process and IPC standard.
3. Good English in writing and speaking is a must;
4. Strong leadership in all activities relating to quality within CFT;
5. Proficient with product quality management and quality control system;
6. Have good knowledge of ISO9001&ISO13485 and other quality tools.
Requirements:
1. Communicate with customers as quality window for PCBA quality issue.
2. Take care of all customer concerns and complaints, work on the Root cause analysis and CAPA
3. Prepare quality weekly report to manager and customer.
4. Closely cooperate with CFT to investigate & analyze PCBA quality issues found at customers or internally, take corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
5. Be responsible for assuring product is built in accordance to the quality plans and not compromised at any time;
6. Review and understand customer document packages, request special quality criteria for special cases, when starting new projects or new models.
