1.电子类大专以上学历，男女不限；
2.二年以上产品维修或机器维护工作经验优先.(如：能熟练使用示波器，频谱分析仪，网络分析仪，trouble shooting,Debug，ICT等)；
3.能够读懂电路原理图并作分析；
4.态度端正，能吃苦耐劳，适应上三班；并能服从安排，有团队精神。
职责要求（测试设备）：

1.测试程序的安装及调试，排除测试异常，维护产线正常生产

2.测试设备及其夹具的PM和校准，及对JOT等夹具的维修

3.新项目导入时，协助工程师SETUP新的测试站及新加测试设备GRR的调试

4.协助工程师进行异常情况分析，提高产线的FPY，减少误测，降低downtime

5.熟练使用综合测试仪器

职责要求（PCBA板维修）：
1.负责测试不良板的分析维修。

2.熟悉使用电源，示波器，频谱仪，信号发生器等测量仪器。

3.读懂电路图并做相关的电路分析。

4.了解2G,3G,4G产品的通信原理尤佳。

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in EE or related.
2. 5 years work experience on AOI, Flying probe & 5DX programming and testing.
3. Debug experience for failed PCBA.
4. Familiar with cosmetic standard as IPC610 etc.
5. Express clearly with English both written and verbal.
6. Strategy and logical thinking, Pro-active and self-motivated.

Job Description
1. AOI, flying probe and 5DX programming and on line fine tune for NPI new product.
2. Debug for FP and FT failed board for new product.
3. Daily communication with customer.
4. Quality improvement discuss and action.
5. Teamwork with other department.
6. Internal training for NPI tech. and op.
