Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

- Receiving & Processing Customer Orders • Enter order details into SAP, produce and send accurate order acknowledgement with minimum amount of time required. • Plan and facilitate shipping to customer requirement including communication of status to customer. • Work with Supply Chain and Taiwan Toller, manage shipping documentation and monitor despatch of goods including transport issues. • Identify and address any errors in order to find solutions and avoid repetitive faults. • Liaise with salesmen/Supply Chain and respond to customers regarding product delivery schedule performance, manufacturing issues, pricing, stock availability, follow up requests for complete or additional information such as shipment mode; forwarder details or any shipping instructions; • PGI goods when needed • Manage goods return (RGA) process including customer claims for defective goods; communication to customer; arrange tracking (RGA number) ; testing and replacement of faulty goods; credit notes where approved. - Invoicing • Process debit and credit notes to meet customer requirements • Responsible for invoice accuracy and managing the billing due list. - Month End Process • Ensure month end process completed as per the financial timetable • Maintain delivery advice report, open order report; delivery due list; monitor the incomplete order report, blocked order report, shipped not billed…. - Maintenance of Customer Database • Update and maintain master data in SD module including customer details, set up of new customers • To maintain regular communication and working relationship with sales staff and staff working in the other SAP SD modules in each Country as required. • Provide support and liaise with sales team relating customer queries, lead-time, freight quotes.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills • Must possess an eye for detail. • Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team. • Good interpersonal, relationship and communication skills. Ability to gain and hold the confidence of all customers, both internal and external • Strong planning and analytical skills. • Good computer skills (ability use SAP, MS Office)
