REQUIREMENT 岗位要求
1. BS in Electrical Engineering
2. 1 -3 years working experience in a manufacturing or design environment
3. Fluent in English (Spoken, reading, writing)
4. Must have ability to spend min of 2 weeks at USA HQ for training
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES主要责任
Brief purpose of this position
Improve the manufacturability of new products and work to troubleshoot defective units.
Off-load some of the Existing Product Support(EPS) work from the SBU into the facility to allow the SBU to focus more of the Amercian engineers on new product development.
1. Work on manufacturing issues of new products being launched into the facility
2. Work on technical troubleshooting of defect units in the facility.
3. Pull new products into the facility by use of the “Move Tool”
4. Lead efforts to close the gaps in cost, quality and performance issues of new products that have been launched into the facility
5. Owner of engineering changes (local or CB driven) in the facility for their SBU
6. Take over EPS work from the American team (allowing American team to focus on new products)
7. Suggest/prioritize quality and cost improvements
8. Recommend test plans and review with American team
9. Implement improvements
