Main Responsibilities


1.APAC ERP Project implementation
- Organize and manage the data migration tracks of the upcoming APAC ERP projects.
- Define scope, data migration methods, detailed analysis, perform field mappings, define extraction logic, define and build mapping rules, perform test and production loads. Per project define data migration requirements and approach.
- Work with key users and business to understand the master data design, and perform detailed mappings.
- Build tools and program to perform data migration activities.
- Manage the data migration activities, and put together detailed planning
- Report to APAC ERP manager and assigned project managers.
- For the first project assist the existing data migration manager and learn the Umicore ERP way of working

2.Regional SPOC for CODA
- Learn the CODA data standards and governance models
- Work with CODA team for APAC regional specific topics
- Capture the Region specific master data requirements.
- Actively promote data standards and common data management processes



Required Profile:

Technical skills:
- Min 2 years of Analyst/Developer expertise in Business application areas
- Computer science degree
- SAP knowledge is a plus, LSMW/ABAP is definte advantage, willing to build up the skill set
- Proficient in use of Microsoft office tools: Word/excel/powerpoint
- Knowledge of data management processes is a plus
- Knowledge of ETL tools is a plus
- Experience in data migration project activities is plus

Non-Technical skills:
- Service oriented and client focus mindset with good communication skills.
- Good written and verbal English
- Understanding of Business application
- Detail oriented able to follow methodology to analyse mappings field by field
- Good organizational skills - some project management skills to manage the data migration track, formulate and escalate issues, reports into the overall project and/or program organizations
- Able to work with key users to get the information mapped
- Willingness to work as part of an international team that uses and applies standardized tools and procedures
- Ability and willingness to travel to other plants and offices of the Company in APAC region (China, Japan, Korea) and very occasional to Europe
- Team spirit, knowledge and information sharing skills
- Ability to present highly technical matters to a less technical audience
