本岗位工作地点为江苏太仓.
Your Tasks
Care about Customers Product at Zollner (through all dept.)
Productsteering (Create work packages for team, agree time schedules with customer, tracking of product costs)
Escalation Step 1, if missing parts come up -get in contact with SCM Dept internaly, or directly with "problem supplier"
Create and track Detailcalculations for all Products and selling parts at Zollner.
Handling and Tracking new RFQ′s at Zollner (send out common agreed offers)
See trends during Scheduling and Forecasting and plan together with SCM and Assembly (Order volume, Ressources)
Plan internal ressources together with responsible Head of Department
Go ahead with Process optimization (together with team and customer)
regulary Tele Calls and meetings with customer to see market trends and progress of common products at Zollner
First Escalation Step during mistakes (internaly/externaly)
Tracking of deposit- reduction (for example set up agreement to sell up residues)
Set up yearly predicted turn over together with customer and report to General Manager (Ressources, buying volume and so on)
Set up regulary report (customer status) for General Manager
Inform all Head of Dept. concerning new customer contracts and work them out together with them + GM
Arrange weekly/monthly Team Meetings (Jour Fixe) and inform Department Chiefs about contents and results
Bring up inputs for performance sheet (only for team members) and support Head of Department
Contract check up and negotiation together with customer

Your Profil:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering
2. 3+ years sales experience in Electronic industry, global key account management in MNC is preferred
3. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, team player
4. Work independently, motivating and pro-active
5. fluent English
