The position will entail the following responsibilities:

Digestion of customer technical and quality requirements with a high efficient communication between Clients and suppliers.
Negotiate with supplier for cost control
Visit and qualify suppliers together with European client
Project management, have ability and experience in managing supplier finish samples on time ;follow up trial production in supplier until supplier smoothly make volume production.
Finish other task assigned by manager


Applicants should fit the following general profile:

Bachelor's degree, majored in mechanical & electrical engineering
Oral English and Written English must be good;
Over 5 years of purchasing experience in mechanical manufacturing field, especially familiar with production process such as: aluminium, machining, stamping & forming, casting, plastic injection, etc.
Knowledge of surface treatment. Particularly chroming and anodizing; knowledge of wet paint and powder paint would be advantageous.
Capable of leading one or more project groups with direct customer contact.
Cost breakdown and price negotiation skill.
Good communication skill and team workmanship
Project Management experience. Understanding to optimally benefit from having many different competencies in a matrix organization
Willing to travel
