Purpose and Scope:
The primary duty will be to support the project related activities (engineering, procurement, quality assurance) for assigned project under consideration of customer's requirement in Suzhou plant.
Job responsibilities:
- Analyzing and evaluating technical contract annexes on instrumentation aspect.
- Preparing general specifications for instrumentation and control per contract requirement
- Preparing project-specific specifications and data sheets for instruments
- Preparing technical specifications and drawings for Pump, Seal system, Motor and Oil station instrumentations.
- Provide technical support to floor operators on instruments installation, wiring connection.
- Defining functional requirements and hardware configuration for control systems
- Preparing engineering and design criteria for instrumentation and control
- Defining instrumentation in the PIDs
- Preparing instrument summary lists
- Preparing functional descriptions and preliminary functional specifications and data sheets for
instrumentation and control systems and hardware
- Commissioning support
Skills, Qualification & Experience:
-Bachelor Degree or above, majored in Instrumentation or Automation Engineer:
-Minimum 5 years working experience
-Good knowledge of pressure gage/switch, liquid level gage /switch, vibration transducer (accelerometer, velometer, Eddy current vibration detector) , temperature transducer (such as RTD).
-Good knowledge of DCS/SIS system configuration
-Good knowledge of industry codes and standard both local and international
-Fluent in English Reading, Writing & Speaking.
-Good communication skills and team work spirit.
