职位描述
带领和管理整个团队开发国内、欧洲和北美市场,在赢利的基础上完成销售目标和市场份额计划。与现有和潜在的客户共同清晰地了解技术、质量、运输和财务等方面的期望,并且积极地向整个组织沟通以最大限度地提高客户满意度。
Direct and manage the team to develop the China, Europe and North America market to achieve sales goals and market share plans on a profitable basis, to work with existing and potential customers to clearly define their technical, quality, delivery and financial expectations, and forcefully communicate these through the organization in order to maximum achieve customer.
结合整个组织业务战略,开发和执行销售计划。
Develop and implement sales plan aligned with overall business strategies.
通过对销售团队有效的管理,确保销售目标的达成。
Insure sales goals are achieved through effective management of the sales team.
评估竞争市场数据,并且定期提出新产品的建议。
Assesses competitive market data and makes new product recommendations on a regular basis.

Identify and qualify business opportunities that maximize earnings and are aligned with the business strategy.
开发和保持与现有和潜在客户的紧密的关系,完成销售目标和市场份额计划。
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential to achieve sales target and market share.
通过及时交货、品质、技术和服务支持、有竞争力的价格等带领整个组织提高客户满意度。
Advocacy of customer satisfaction within the organization through on-time delivery, quality, technical and service support, competitive price and etc.
提供及时的费用、业务和月度报告。
Provide on-time expense reports, business reports and monthly reports.
提供指导和帮助给本部门的所有下属, 其他相关的工作。
Provide coaching and mentoring all subordinates in the Sales & Program Department. All other related tasks.
支持和协助提高EHS在本部门的主动性确保所有工作执行EHS程序,公司标准和适用法规。确保所属员工对EHS程序/指导书的理解和遵守。
Ensures all works are carried out in good conditions respecting EHS procedures, company standards and applicable norms & legislation. Ensures all employees are knowledgeable about EHS procedures and do apply as per procedures/indications.
工作经验和年限Working experience:
0年以上汽车行业相关工作经验,至少五年管理销售人员的经验。
Above 10 years related experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years of experience managing other sales staff.
至少五年橡胶行业经验。Minimum of five years elastomer experience
拥有国外和国内市场开发的经验。Experience in the development of both foreign and domestic.
教育和专业背景Education Level and Major:
大学本科学历以上,商务或工程类专业。
University degree or above in business or in engineering.
