职位描述
岗位主要职责:
运用卓越管理模式开展人力资源各领域工作。确保在符合本地区实际情况的前提下不断推进、完善人力资源管理流程和政策;
负责战略招聘计划的制定和实施,管理各类招聘活动,包括简历筛选、电话访谈/面试、录用邀约;
负责员工工资计算并向政府部门提供各类报告和年度审计;
负责新员工职前培训,协助员工做好培训发展计划;
积极开展团队建设,组织各类员工活动;
协助总裁/运营经理/财务经理处理各类行政后勤事务;
按照总裁要求实施公司内部政策;
管理内部沟通流程。
任职要求(资质、经验):
本科及以上学历人力资源专业或具备相同岗位工作经验;
3年以上人力资源工作经验,熟悉人力资源各板块;
具备医疗或CRO 企业工作经验者优先考虑;
熟悉国家劳动法;
精通英语;
具备独立工作能力;
具备良好的团队合作精神和项目管理经验;
Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position:
Provide operational excellence in all areas of HR. Ensure continuous improvement of HR processes and policies on a local basis.
Formulate and implement recruitment strategies and plans, managing all recruitment activities including: resume screening, phone/face to face interviewing, and offering.
Responsible for monthly payroll calculation, and all reports requested by government bureaus and annual auditing.
Responsible for regular new staff orientation training and assist in local staff training and development programs.
Support annual Performance System implementation.
Provide guidance and interpretation of policies, procedures Lab & or Contracts.
Organize all kinds of employee events for team building.
Assist CEO`s & Operational/Finance Manager in administrative tasks.
Implement internal policies in accordance with the CEO requirements.
In charge of Internal Communication flow.
Position requirements, qualifications and experiences:
Bachelor′s degree or above in HR or an equivalent combination of skills and experience in the field of HR.
≥ 3 years working experience in a generalist role. Good knowledge in all areas of HR.
Experience in Healthcare or CRO`s type industry is a strong plus.
Familiar with PRC Labor Law.
Proficiency in English language.
Ability to work independently.
Effective team player and strong project experience.
Strong interpersonal skills.
