岗位主要职责：

负责制定并执行分子生物学实验室的各项试验；

负责收集用户需求并转化为产品技术规范；

负责协同项目团队完成项目工作时间表和项目重要事件；

负责收集资料并提交实验报告；

遵从实验室管理流程并落实到实验室的日常维护与保养；

根据首席科学家的研发战略制定研发计划。

任职要求（资质、经验）：

本科及以上学历，理学或工程学专业，至少一年分子实验室工作经验；或获得硕士学位，论文研究分子生物学课题；

具备至少一年实验室RNA / DNA提取和PCR实验经验；

具备与业务相关的良好的口头和书面沟通能力；

具备自我激励和独立工作能力；

具备良好的工作自律性和时间管理能力；

具备实时定量PCR技术经验者优先；

具备GMP, GLP,或受规管产品实验室工作经验者优先；

中英文流利，通过英语6级；

具备团队合作精神。

Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position:

Developing and executing experiments in a molecular biology laboratory.

Collecting user needs and convert into technical specifications.

Working within project team to accomplish personal timeline and milestones.

Preparing documentations and reports of experimental results.

Following management processes to carry out assignment of laboratory maintenance.

Carrying scientific tasks in accordance with Chief Scientist`s requirements.

Position requirements, qualifications and experiences:

Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering major with at least 1 year at current position in a molecular laboratory; or, master's degree with thesis research on a molecular biology subject.

Minimum of 1 year laboratory experience in RNA/DNA isolation and PCR.

Good verbal and written communication skills at all business levels.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Discipline in organizational and time management.

Experienced in real time PCR is preferred.

Experience in a GMP, GLP, or regulated product development laboratory is a plus.

Fluency in English and Mandarin, Pass CET-6.
