· Closely follow up with hiring managers on interview feedback & hiring decision

· Be responsible for offer proposal & offer approval

· Closely follow up with candidate on offer delivery, reference check and medical check

· Closely follow up pre-on boarding process to ensure candidate's 1st day effective integration

· More than 3 years working experiences in recruiting

· Bachelor and above degree

· Good command of English both in oral and written

· Proactive & customer focus attitude · Highly responsible & Result driven
