职位描述
The position reports to Manager OEM management of Supply Chain of HNA.
The primary responsibility is to provide the leadership in the quality control, product development and environmental protection practice in OEM manufacturing for AfH and Tempo businesses;
to lay out a frame work on QC/Environmental assessment/auditing and IP auditing of OEM providers for AfH
(including Dispenser) and Tempo;
to link Global team in the sustainability practice in the supply chain especially in the legal fiber sourcing.
To maintain a technical spec for the tissue products of AfH and Tempo, and communicate with GHC on needs of spec
development or modification;
to back up QC engineer of personal care in HNA.
Qualification:
1) College degree in engineering or science
2) At least 4 years working experiences in FMCG industry or other related field and QA & QC management;
3) Good English in Spoken and Writing
Competent:
1) Result oriented
2) Team player
3) Excellent communication/presentation skills
4) Work under the pressure
5) Willing to intensively travel
Skills: OEM/Manufacturing mgt., QA&QC mgt., Power Point, FMCG knowledge
