Overall Purpose of Job:

IE Engineer is a position mainly in charge of implementation the product’s manufacture.

Major Responsibilities:

To assist management in development of new product and new project

To design the fixture and tooling

To develop new process, such as the fulfil of new factory construction, re-layout, new machine investment

Key Competencies:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in Quality Systems, and experience in SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP, and FMEA.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Good verbal and written English skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Mature and responsible leader, able to provide clear direction and guidance to the team.

Must have strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills and decision making skills and report writing

skills.

Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

Skilled design tools, eg. Auto CAD, Pro-E or Cateria, Faunic program.

Mechanical, machining, over molding experience is prefer
