职位描述
Job Description:
o Responsible for ICT program development for both in-house and customers' products and ensure the program is completed within the expected time line with maximum test coverage.
o Support business development for ICT service covering the areas of DFT report, ICT program generation, and fixture debug/set up.
o Create ICT/DFT design guidelines.
o Responsible for ICT tester upgrade and maintenance.
o Support manufacturing for any issues related to ICT tester, fixtures, or test fallout.
o Support all aspect of Manufacturing Test Engineering for designated processes/products.
o Provide engineering support to test equipment, fixtures, procedures, and software used within the manufacturing process.
o Interface with new product development team and customers to provide DFT feedback and to define manufacturing testing requirements and test plans.
o Ensure manufacturing have calibration and preventative maintenance processes in place to ensure the integrity of test equipment used on our products.
o Perform reject verification and analysis to provide feedback to Quality, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Design Engineering for the purpose of product and process improvement.
o Coordinate test improvement to improve process and cycle times.
o Coordinate the updating of software and firmware for test equipment in conjunction with on-going product or process upgrades/changes.
o Responsible for the creation of all test documents including Test Process instructions, debug/RMA test guidelines/matrix, test set-up and operation documents.
o Responsible for training and test set-up for all the product releases at multiple manufacturing sites.
o Support the failure investigation of factory and field rejects and assure appropriate corrective action is taken.
Requirements: Skills and Experience
o BS in Electronics Engineering.
o 4+ years of experience in ICT Test engineering role.
o Expert in ICT programming.
o Capable of creating and modifying ICT program on Agilent 3070 or Teradyne tester.
o Experience with boundary scanning, JTAG test
o Image downloading or programming through ICT.
o Ability to create test instructions and procedure.
o PCBA debug experience and capability. Good analysis in electronic circuit.
o Ability to create automatic tool or scripting for ICT.
o Ability to create new test model/library for ICT on Agilent 3070 or Teradyne tester.
o Ability to perform DFT analysis report and design guidelines is a plus.
