• Work as part of a global team to meet the Business Intelligence reporting needs of local and global business partners
  
• Work closely with these business partners to understand and help refine their requirements.
  
• Meet these requirements through the design and development of world class reports.
  
• Work with global colleagues to improve the standards and processes used to deliver Business Intelligence.
  
• Follow BI industry trends to ensure we continue to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
  
• Mentor junior BI colleagues, building world class reporting skills and best practices.

• 5+ years experience in medium-large Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence initiatives
  
• Excellent reporting and business analysis skills. Ideally the candidate should have strong MicroStrategy experience but we will provide cross training for the right person if they have strong skills in a comparable tool such as Business Objects, Cognos etc
  
• Strong foundation in SQL and RDBMS technology. Teradata is the RDBMS in use but candidates with strong Oracle, DB2, MS SQL etc will be considered.
  
• Very strong communication skills to enable positive customer interaction with all levels/disciplines within the organisation
  
• Excellent English, both written and oral, as the role involves working as part of a global team with colleagues in Europe and NA
  
• Good interpersonal and organization skills
  
• Proven ability to understand the priorities and data needs of various business functions
  
• Flexible and able to rapidly adjust to changing requirements and business environments.
  
• Willing to learn new tools and business processes
  
• Willing to take responsibility for all aspects of their work
