1.依据项目需求和工作进度，进行技术编码、调试、单元测试，能够对核心技术问题进行解决； 

Perform the coding\debugging\testing according the requirements, have the capability to solve the problems

2.根据工作需要，完成公司平台产品的设计、集成、部署和行业应用。 

Perform the softwre/interface  designation\ development and implemenation according the requirments

3.整合和开发公司现有的流程和报表

Integration & Development the process and report accroding current procedure.

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，相关专业毕业。Bachelor degree above, IT or relevant major os prefered;

2、有良好的英语听说写能力。 Have good English listening, writing, speaking ablity; 

3、三年以上JAVA开发经验 More than 3 years Java development experience.

4、精通JAVA语言，熟悉JSP、Servlet、Spring、workflow等开发技术,熟悉MVC开发模式;

Master Java , be famlilar with JSP、Servlet、Spring、workflow technology

5、熟练配置和使用Tomcat等主流应用服务器、熟练使用MyEclipse开发工具,具备两年以上的应用经验   Be good at configuration and setup Tomcat etc. server, using Myeclipse development tools.
