职位描述

The Workday HCM SrSolution Architect role is a point of contact for Workday HCM functionality andconfiguration troubleshooting and solutioning. This role is part of a global team that is responsible for configurationactivities for new functionality and enhancements within the Workday HumanCapital Management (HCM) product suite for both Cushman & Wakefield andC&W Services.  


Specificresponsibilities include:

?      Liaisewith the business to understand their needs and usage of Workday. Obtain anddocument requirements for Workday Core HCM- for all setup values and BusinessProcesses, including any Self-Service aspects

?      Plan,design, and configure Workday HCM modules for all enhancements or break/fix

?      Developcalculated fields, conditional routing and business processes that support therequirements outlined.

?      Mitigateany opportunities of inaccurate data, business process routing, or impacts toother business areas via implementation of best practice config logic & BPrules

?      Assistthe Regional HR Systems Leads in guiding business stakeholders through WorkdayRelease functionality review to determine what optional functionality we will‘turn on’ with each release

?      Executeconfiguration updates for those Workday HCM modules impacted by releasesand upgrades as needed during the program

?      Partneringwith the Regional HR Systems Leads, liaise with Workday support re: requestsfor new functionality & bug/defect fix support

?      Serve as anadvisor and SME in discussions regarding requirements and possible methods ofconfiguration within the Workday HCM Modules

?      Workwith HR Systems Leads to understand and document impact of configurationchanges to business processes and communicate to business stakeholders

?      SupportUAT activities by providing input to test cases recommended for configurationchanges

?      ConductRoot Cause Analysis to determine appropriate action plan for break/fixincluding impacted employees/users/data clean-up

?      Providewell thought out and actionable recommendations

?      Serveas an escalation point to lower tier (HR Services) support

?      Maintainchange log and design documentation to reflect any changes made to businessprocesses / design post implementation

?      Provideguidance and mentoring to team members

Role Purpose:

The Workday HCM Sr Solution Architect is ahands-on role that will report to a Workday Configuration Team Lead and partnerwith Regional HR Systems Leads.  Thisrole will work closely with multiple internal HR stakeholders and their teamsthroughout the business, to provide systems support and drive continuousimprovement of our Workday HCM functionality.

·        Hands on role providing WDConfiguration and Solution Architect support globally

·        Able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

·        Must be able to be adapt tochanging priorities with ease and composure, while continuing to meetestablished deadlines.

·        Ability to perform effectively ina geographically and culturally diverse environment

·        Must be self-motivated withstrong problem-solving skills and a drive to deliver continuous improvement inown area of specialism.

·        Must have strong written andverbal communication skills with the ability to disseminate detailed conceptsinto understandable ideas in both written and verbal communication.

·        Ability to work with confidentialand sensitive data with discretion and accuracy.

Responsibilities(specific tothe role):

·        Acting as subject matter expert,applying WD HCM specialist knowledge applicable to system releases/upgrades,and assessing the potential impact on current and future functionality

·        Overseeing & managing the configuring,testing and maintenance of Workday business processes and security policies

·        Support HR systems training developmentand delivery to local HR resources on-boarded as needed

Knowledge &Experience:

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Strong Simplified Chinese language skills
  • 4+ years of Workday configuration experience with a general understanding of all Workday Modules (focus on Workday Core HCM and Recruiting is a plus)
  • Workday HCM certification
  • Experience in a Sr Workday Configuration Analyst / Solution Architect role
  • Experience in the development and implementation of process and systems changes.
  • Experience in Project Management and HRIS a plus
  • Experience managing a small team in a BAU or project setting

Technical

  • Significant Workday HCM experience
  • Workday Certified
  • Advanced skills in Ms Excel (V look up and Pivot tables), SmartSheet and other data organization & reporting tools

Soft

  • Excellent customer service skills including timely and well-thought-out problem resolution 
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of employees and management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
