Accountabilities主要职责

1. Stock Planning库存计划

• Guide LSP (Logistics Service Provider) to carry out daily order process (order frequency, order day, order process and order track, etc.), ensure DC and Site order be processed with correct and timely

  指导物流商完成每日订单处理程序（订货频率、订货日、订单处理和订单追踪等），确保DC和分店订单准时、正确地被处理

• Monitoring and analysis the safety stock level of national logistics warehouse, inform LSP for order placing timely in order to avoid out of stock

  监控和分析全国物流仓库的安全库存水平，通知物流商及时订货，防止库存缺货

• Monitoring and analysis the old stock of national logistics warehouses, inform the Sourcing team and Logistics Managers to take actions，in order to reduce old stock rate

  监控和分析全国物流仓库的老库存商品，通知采购团队和物流经理采取行动, 降低老库存占比

• Big order and urgent order process tracking

  大订单和紧急订单的处理追踪

• Logistics master data checking and maintance

  物流主数据检查和维护

• Key user of logistics information system

  物流信息系统的关键用户

• Stock management KPI reporting (stock days, old stock rate, zero stock rate, DC order fulfil rate)

  库存管理KPI的报告（库存天数，老库存占比，0库存占比和DC订单完成率）

• Collecting updated quotation monthly and inform to LSP

  每月收集更新的采购报价并通知物流商

• Reporting old stock list monthly and organize cross functional meeting for take old stock clearance actions

  每月报告老库存清单，并组织联合工作组采取老库存清理行动

• Monitoring and coordinate stock return process by LSP

  监控和协调物流商的退货处理

• Monitoring and plan for warehouse capacity, optimize storage space utilization

  监控和规划仓库能力，优化存储空间的利用率

1. Supplier Management供应商管理

• Coordinate supplier delivery issue

  协调供应商送货问题

• Support to new supplier listing/delisting process

  支持新供应商建立和清场流程

• Support Sourcing team to negotiate supplier for logistics cost

  支持采购团队和供应商谈判物流成本

• Supplier delivery training

  供应商送货培训

• Supplier performance KPI reporting, such as order fulfil rate, on time delivery rate, complaint rate and qualified temperature rate, etc.

  供应商绩效KPI的报告，例如：订单完成率，订单准时率，投诉率和温度合格率等

• Organize monthly meeting with Sourcing team and logistics manager for supplier performance review, and take improvement actions

  组织月度会议和采购团队及物流经理一起回顾供应商绩效，并采取改进行动

• Support to logistics contract procedure

  支持物流合同操作流程

• Support logistics project

  支持物流项目

• Supplier integration development and support logistics cost saving

  供应商整合发展和支持物流成本节约

• Key supplier regular review meeting

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 关键绩效指标

1. Stock planning: stock days, old stock rate, zero stock rate and DC order fulfil rate

   库存管理：库存天数，老库存占比，0库存占比 和DC订单完成率

2. Supplier management: supplier order fulfil rate, on time delivery rate, complaint rate and qualified temperature rate.

   供应商管理：供应商订单完成率，准时送货率，投诉率和温度合格率

Competencies (Sales and Core) 技能

1. Familiar with supply chain planning and logistics operation process

2. Good data analysis skill

College degree or above

3 years or above supply chain or logistics management experience in food retail company
