Accountabilities主要职责
Stock Planning库存计划
Guide LSP (Logistics Service Provider) to carry out daily order process (order frequency, order day, order process and order track, etc.), ensure DC and Site order be processed with correct and timely
指导物流商完成每日订单处理程序(订货频率、订货日、订单处理和订单追踪等),确保DC和分店订单准时、正确地被处理
Monitoring and analysis the safety stock level of national logistics warehouse, inform LSP for order placing timely in order to avoid out of stock
监控和分析全国物流仓库的安全库存水平,通知物流商及时订货,防止库存缺货
Monitoring and analysis the old stock of national logistics warehouses, inform the Sourcing team and Logistics Managers to take actions,in order to reduce old stock rate
监控和分析全国物流仓库的老库存商品,通知采购团队和物流经理采取行动, 降低老库存占比
Big order and urgent order process tracking
大订单和紧急订单的处理追踪
Logistics master data checking and maintance
物流主数据检查和维护
Key user of logistics information system

Stock management KPI reporting (stock days, old stock rate, zero stock rate, DC order fulfil rate)

Monitoring and plan for warehouse capacity, optimize storage space utilization
