Job Description
Provide help desk support to customer end users:
? Ensure the maintenance of 2 IT persons to provide the above services
? Provide basic network/application trouble shooting independently
? Verify and log every call by following predefined policy and procedure
? Ensure completion to end users call including escalation to second level or based on the contract requirement
? Prepare customized document and inventory report

Desired Skills
? Familiar with Windows platform, NT/98/2000/XP
? Familiar with Cisco products, Router/Switch/PIX
? Basic programming skills with Perl and C
? Good command in both written and oral English/Mandarin
? Good communication, telephone manner and interpersonal skills
? Self-initiative, pro-active, hardworking, good attitude and team player
? Willing to work under pressure and overtime
? High responsibility and ownership
? On-shift duty (7*24) is required
