? Direct and coordinate all activities pertaining to development engineering responsibilities;
? Key liaison between design team, quality, supply chain, planning and external sites to develop and launch a product into the market place;
? Assess and communicate resource needs and timing to develop product thru all phases;
? Assess and communicate all risks to project and product;
? Develop strategy for component development, device assembly, packaging and sterilization;
? Key influencer on site selection and supplier selection;
? Communicate project updates / risks to management;
? Participate in customer interface events throughout entire lifecycle of product;
? Participates as expert witness in legal proceedings as needed;
? Consultant to lifecycle engineering for design, manufacturing and quality issues;
? Provides a leadership role and sometimes serves as SME to provide high level input to short term and long term vision of technologies;
? Assists with providing guidance in highly visible and complex situations across the business;
? Business travel frequency: 20%.

任职要求：
? Must be bachelor's degree or above;
? More than 5 years' relevant working experience;
? Standard manufacturing performance metrics such as: Manufacturing cycle time, Yield, Throughput, Capacity Utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), WIP inventory / turns, Cost of Goods; Lead time;
? Process Excellence methodologies;
? Analytical problem solving;
? Applied Statistics including process controls;
? Effective oral, written and presentation communications in English/Chinese;
? Self-managed; work with minimal supervision;
? Technical writing: protocols, test results, procedures and special reports;
? Risk Analysis and contingency planning;
? Engineering drawing interpretation including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing);
? Rapid Prototyping;
? Lean Manufacturing methodologies;
? Device assembly technologies;
? Component / assembly inspection technologies;
? Component manufacturing technologies;
? Knowledge of materials (metals, plastics, chemical, etc.);
? Device assembly technologies;
? DOE (Design Of Experiments);
? DFM/A (Design For Manufacturing, Assembly and Cost);
? Preferable proficiency in manufacturing simulation and analysis software;
? Preferable proficiency in CAD software (UG is a PLUS).
