职位描述
1.负责电气设备的全面工作，确保设备处于优良的技术状态下安全运行；
2.检查设备运营技术状态，发现误差立刻纠正和及时处理；检查和监督变、配电房和发电机房值班人员执行岗位责任制，遵守各项制度的情况，督促下层做好设备维修、故障处理、零部件更换记录、每月整理归档等工作；
3.制定并贯彻电气设备运行方案和操作流程，监督和检查各班组合理使用；制定设备维护、保养计划、编制或审定各类电气设备检修计划和预防性测验计划报经理批准，并组织事实监督执行，在设备发生故障时组织抢修；
4.负责监督检查电气设备的技术资料收集整理工作，完善技术资料
5.协助其他水电、暖通等系统的维保工作；
任职资格；
1.具有高压电工证；
2.大专以上学历；
3.大型办公楼和仓库供配电或机电设备运行维护管理经验者优先；
4.熟悉高低压供配电基本原理、运行方式；
5.熟悉主要供配电设备保养方式和常规调试方法；
6.熟悉使用office软件
