岗位职责：

 

1、协助销售总监管理业务团队运营工作，跟踪并促成业绩目标的完成；

2、协助销售总监重要项目管理，协调项目资源，跟踪项目进度等。

3、负责销售部门月度、季度、年度销售数据报表的收集、汇总与分析，形成运营报告供管理团队日常参考与业绩追踪

4、协助销售总监进行员工绩效考评的收集与汇总；

5、了解市场行情，收集市场信息，以及管理公司客户的合同的执行及归档管理；

6、负责销售部年度销售大会及部门重要会议的筹备，及与相关内外部人员的沟通协调；

7、及时发现销售部门工作中存在的问题并提供可行性建议。

任职要求：

 

1、2年以上零售、化妆品、奢侈品经验；

2、对行业和市场有很好的理解及灵敏度；

3、良好的协调和沟通能力，能快速反应并解决问题；

4、熟悉excel、PPT等办公软件，熟悉报表、数据分析；

5、英语熟练。
