RESPONSIBILITY

-Timely and accurate financial reporting of NCSH and NNCC plants to meet management request

-Responsible for the process of budget control, including STD sales, margin level, operation margin, ROCE & OWC ect

-Risk control on metal and treasury/FX in the plants of NCSH and NNCC

-In charge of relationship with outside 3rd party of company, like outside auditor and bank

-Set up and update the standard cost and process system

-Help GM to set up the budget and strategic plan

-Keep the positive cash flow for the company and reduce working capital and bank loan

-Utilize Navision and develop tools to decrease double work and provide more analysis to the business

-Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the company's business

-Saving program

-Continuous vocational training and updated knowledge on GAAP and business guideline

-Improve the FX and metal hedging to avoid market risk

-Decrease the working capital to enhance the cash flow

-Budget analysis and control

-CAPAX control

-Team leader for Finance management

-Keep all team members fully abreast of any development with Nexans organization

-Continuous vocational training and review with HR for personal career development

REQUIREMENTS

-At least 8 years experience in Accounting, Auditing or Finance field, over 3 years experience as financial manager in manufactory industry

-Bachelor degree or above with major in finance resources

-Proficient in both spoken & written English

-Familiar with Microsoft office software and ERP system

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Good leadership skill, strategic thinking

-High initiative, result-oriented working attitude

-Able to work under pressure

-Finance & tax policies procedures

-Legal knowledge on finance law
