Our client is a Multinational Company, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

- Provide the overall comprehensive approach and solution for SCM improvement or reengineering;

- Communicate with client and understand requirement. Provide SCM improvement approach, methodology and training for toolkit if applicable;

- Play a key role in project delivery, including requirement digging and collection, assessment, solution discussion and analysis, report out. Make sure the delivery match client’s expectation;

- Lead or attend the overall process of client SCM management consultant project

- Build and maintain excellent relationships with client, also hunting and mining new and existing clients,

- Support pre-sales, proposal making and report making.

- 负责向客户提供供应链改进或重组的整体业务规划及解决方案设计；

- 理解客户需求，为客户提供供应链领域的改善思路、方法及相关工具的内部培训

- 负责项目的交付，包括客户的需求沟通、需求调研、解决方案交流、分析，撰写项目文档，确保项目交付符合用户要求；

- 领导或参与客户供应链管理咨询项目；

- 与现有客户保持良好的合作关系，并大力开拓新客户；

- 参与售前支持，撰写建议书、研究报告等其他日常工作

Requirements:-

- Minimum of 7 years work experience. Have practice and understanding in SCM or logistics in MNC or IPO manufacture or Logistics Company for 3 to 5 years; Functional experience in demand and forecast, plan, sourcing and procurement, warehouse management, inventory management and logistics is highly preferred. Minimum of 2 years SCM consultant experience;

- Major in SCM or Logistics is preferred.

- SCM or Logistics or ERP implementation experiences would also be preferred

- Rich project management experience and leadership skill;

- Excellent communication skills and sharp business acumen;

- Good documentation skills, well verse in PowerPoint, Word, Excel;

- Willing to work under pressure & tight deadlines

- Strong customer advocacy: Understanding & communicating customer needs,

- Good analytical & logical thinking, can make complicated thing in simple way,

- Be good at English(Optional)

- Willingness and ability to travel for long-term project assignments,

- 7年以上工作经验，其中3-5年在跨国或上市制造类或流通类公司从事过供应链或物流实务和管理工作；熟悉需求预测，生产计划、采购、仓储、库存管理、物流等运作流程，2年以上供应链管理咨询的经验；

- 物流、供应链学历者背景者优先；

- 具有供应链/物流/ERP系统实施经验者优先

- 丰富的项目管理经验与领导技巧，

- 优秀的沟通技巧与敏锐的商业意识；

- 熟练使用办公软件，诸如PowerPoint, word, excel；

- 能在压力下工作并且严守时间；

- 客户至上，能够了解并且沟通客户的需求；

- 优秀的逻辑分析能力与化繁为简的能力；

- 优秀的英文表达能力（可选项）

- 能适应长期出差
