Responsiblity:

1.Post Market Complaint Process Control and Optimization：

Management of the operation of the complaint management process effectively according to the post market laws/regulations and the corporate policy. Optimize/adjust the post market control process according to the change of the regulations. 

2.Quality Data Analysis Program：

Create post market quality data analysis program. Analysis trending data and feedback tracking status to local business units. 

3.Product Complaint Register:

Capture complaint data from local BU sales/marketing, validation the complaint information and entry into SAP C3 for the reporting to global business units.

4.Sample Return Process:

Process control of sample return and verify returned complaint sample from local sales/distributors and manage sample return to global business units.

5:Complaint Investigation Report:

Coordinate and retrieve complaint investigation report with global business units and give complaint feedback to local business units.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in related life science or technical degree or equivalent. 

2. 1-3 years relevant related working experience (Pharmaceutical or Medical device industry preferred)

3. Ability of active learning

4. Problem solve skills

5. Capability on internal function communication
