The role

1 Budget;

3 Market Analyze;

4 Quantity Survey;

Requirements

1.1 Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical / CSA;

1.2 Minimum 10 years working experience with quantity survey, cost estimating or cost control;

1.3 Experienced in quantity survey and cost estimation;

1.4 Has been involved in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation systems, from times to times involved in civil construction related matters would be preferable;

1.5 Knowledge of local quota and market price for cost of construction material and labor;

1.6 High sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit, ability to work independently, and sense of confidentiality;

1.7 Good command at English.
