职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责总机电话的接听与转接，电话留言与传达；
2、负责国际/国内/市内快递的收取与发送，快递结果的确认，费用的支取；
3、负责公司商务派车/班车使用明细的登记与费用核算，后期服务跟踪；
4、负责公司来访客人接待，并能恰好地招呼客人；
5、保障前厅的环境卫生与整洁，绿化设施的完好；
6、负责订员工餐，饮用水，酒店，机票等商务工作，并保障品质跟踪和使用反馈良好；
7、考勤管理
8、完成本部门领导直接交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、五官端正，声音甜美，懂得礼仪接待；性格文静，仔细稳重；
2、一年以上同等职位工作经验，电脑操作熟练。
