• Perform the sanitary check on the legal documents, translation and assisting counsels to review other documents if requested;
• Handle legal document filing and reviewing board resolutions, board materials, and secretarial documents, etc.
• Assist the legal due diligence work on project base;
• Update legal/regulations news relating to company’s industry, and organise the internal meeting/discussion for legal update or specific legal topic;

Qualification:

• Law degree from a reputable law school, and an overseas degree of master in law is a plus; preferably with PRC Bar (lawyer qualification)
• 3 years of solid working experience in a multinational company or in a reputable law firm
• Ability to work effectively in English and ability to communicate with all levels of staff, Chinese or expatriate, is essential;
• Responsible, confident and flexible in approach to variety of assignments undertaken.
