Primary Function:

1) To provide administrative, technical and logistical support to ensure timely and efficient execution of clinical trials, and compliance of ICH-GCP, SOP and regulatory regulations

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

1) Set up, organize and maintain trial master files

2) Assist project team on clinical trial relevant documentation for submission to ethics committee

3) Assist project team on drug study supplies and other ancillary supplies

4) Assist project manager on maintaining the study status tracking

5) Assist project manager on agreement execution, payment and tracking of actual cost

6) Enhance the communication and cooperation with cross-functional teams and vendors

7) Arrange project/study meeting logistics

8) Mentor new CTA when applicable

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor degree or above, or equivalent, in life science area is preferred

2) 1-year working experience with Clinical Research Coordinator or Clinical Trial Assistant background is preferred

3) Basic knowledge in ICH-GCP, China GCP

4) Computer literacy desirable

5) Professional use of the English language; both written and oral

6) Excellent oral and written communication skills
