? Tasks:

Inbound/Outbound management

? Handle the import/export processes and inbound/outbound shipments

? Plan, direct and coordinate warehousing, forecasting, distribution and customer service

? Ensure the inbound product quality meets the company’s standard

? Ensure timely receiving and shipping of goods

? Ensure fast and timely Customs clearance

? Collaborate with 3rd parties

? Keep transportation costs low

Inventory management

? Handle goods delivery

? Manage the warehouse

? Inventory planning and controlling

? Monitor daily inbound & outbound data. Maintain accurate inventory

? Regular analysis of the inventory, preparation of inventory report, taking action based on the analysis.

Demand planning & forecasting management

? Work closely with business departments to make an accurate demand plan & forecasting

? Provide the demand plan to relevant stakeholder

Requirements:

? Bachelor Degree or above, Logistics Management major is preferred

? 8+ years working experience in logistics related functions

? Good knowledge of Trading/Customs Policies

? Experience with Import/Export

? Experience with Warehouse and Supply Chain Management

? Fluent English (oral and writing)

? Time Management and Organizational skills

? Good communication skills

? Prioritize tasks

? Taking responsibility and strong team spirit

? Problem solving skills
