Scope of responsibility 职责范围

  

1. Investigation and optimization of existing and new processes, more efficient and closer tolerances of quality to make existing and new products. Technical support of product development.

  

2. Responsible for the technology within an E-project, create and mutate the manufacturing rules, machine release documents, etc., cooperation in value analysis team, initialize and document fundamentals, principle experiments and test cables.

  

3. Support new products from development to production.

  

4. Training and mentoring of operators on the process engines.

  

5. Participation in quality analyzing, error focus, production problems, system definitions, system procurement, commissioning. Development of process characteristics and facilities knowledge.

  

6. Training of process engineering, development and production in procedural matters.

  

7. In addition to the above listed tasks, perform other tasks under the direction of the supervisor, which belong essentially to his occupation or arising from operational needs.

  

8. In research and development part, gain the quantitative test results, including sample tests, small batch test, production test, lab test and customers’ evaluation, then organize the review activities and give the judgement conclusions.

  

9. In charge of making document records of the activities during testing and judging parts.

  

10. Gain the relative design guide, standards, manuals and catalogues.

  

11. Use corresponding method or tool to demonstrate that the developer has designed and tested performance, reliability and environmental requirements.

  

  

Request of qualification 素质要求

  

1. Monitor and analyze production process, solve equipment malfunction and process defects to ensure products quality. 

  

2. Read and understand design drawings and descriptions of fiber optics cable.

More than three years’ experience in production research and development site.
