Responsibility:？

A. Daily Work

1. Developing technical procedure/documents under guidance from HO.
-Investigation of technical documents, like standards, regulations for destination countries.
-Creating/preparing documents (checklists, testing specifications, process…) to contribute the global technical procedures.
-Other specific studies requested by HO
-Specific missions in the network
-Contribution to the improvement of the global procedures
2. Implementation of technical procedures in RC Shanghai Region, including:
-Expanding the technical procedures to technical staff or relative in RC, including issuing offices of the region.
-Providing training to the technical network in RC.
-Monitoring the technical process in issuing offices and PICs of the region to ensure fully understanding and implementation.
-Technical support to commercial team for Key accounts (participation of conference calls, essential meetings and conference)
-Audits of manufacturers, exporters
-Outsourcing and consolidation of lab and testing resources, to support the regional demand of testing

Job Requirements:

-Technical superior degree in science/technical (e.g. manufacturing, engineering, chemical, mechanical, electrical);
-At least 2 years of working experience in conformity assessment, manufacturing or design of products, quality
-Familiar with conformity assessment principles (testing/inspection/ certification).
-Be familiar with product conformity regulations (CE marking, CCC, market surveillance…) is preferred;
-Fluent in English speaking, good command of reading and writing;
-Good communication and interpersonal skills;
-Good presentation skill;
-Have high sense of business service
-Able to work independently and under pressure;
-Willing to travel globally.
-Trained on ISO 9001 audits or similar
