岗位目标：通过提高汽配门店的业务和盈利能力及盖茨在终端的产品和服务呈现，进一步提升盖茨公司在售后市场的品牌影响力，支持销售团队达成年度指标。

岗位职责：

1、进行终端修理厂的拜访，推广盖茨产品以及其他市场活动，搜集优质终端客户。

2、驻店指导并培训汽配门店相关业务人员，分析门店业务发展瓶颈，提升门店业务人员的产品专业度及产品销售技巧，帮助门店提升终端售出。

3、组织门店业务员及核心修理厂客户定期参加培训，培训内容包括产品知识、工具使用、常见终端安装或销售问题解答、销售技巧等。

4、推广盖茨终端修理厂盈利项目。

5、根据业务发展需求，定期协助宣传市场活动或推广终端促销活动。

技能要求：

• 谈判和沟通技巧
• 市场分析和市场推广
• 培训和演讲能力

任职要求：

• 大专以上学历，28岁以下；
• （汽车零部件行业优先）1—2年市场推广或销售或汽车售后维修工作经验
• 自主，自信，勤奋，并有较强的团队意识；
• 熟练运用电脑办公软件（Word，Excel，PowerPoint）等
