1. Handle customer claim and deeper analysis with tesa plant;

2. Handle customer claim and explain 8D report with tesa colleagues or customers;

3. Collect complex information and negotiated with tesa group globally;

4. Participate in internal/customer audit and monitor improvement results;

5. Prepare and submit PPAP, IMDS, CAMDS;

6. Accompany customer visit and audit;

7. Data collection, deeper analysis, improvement based on analysis with tesa globally.

 

Job Requirements 职位要求:

1. English spoken should be very well;

2. Having Automotive industry manufacturing experience;

3. At least 3~5 years working experience in quality management;

4. Excellent quality consciousness (quality risk control, all round quality involvement);

5. Mastered  in SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, FMEA;

6. Mastered  in supplier management and customer management;

7. Good communication skill, high performance under pressure, the adaptability under new environment, rapid learning capacity;

8. Strong self-motivated and responsibility sense;

9. Certificate for IATF16949 internal auditor & Certificate for quality engineer is preferred.
